At Arrowhead Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your candle for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Guidelines

· Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

· Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

· Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged on arrival.


How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if your item arrived damaged.

3. We will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us.


Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible after your return is confirmed.
